Kidney 26 “Amidst Elegance”.
This point promotes the smooth flow of Qi in the chest, and in doing so lifts the Spirits. The P’o resides here and the Heart Fire flourishes here. This powerful combination of strong Kidney Essence and P’o allows us to receive and appreciate life at its fullest. The point brings in light, clearing away the gloom, bringing grace and elegance to the Spirit.
If illness and Qi stagnation cause the chest to become constructed, this point will help free the chest and reanimate the Lung Qi. When we are able to receive the inspirational Qi, we feel connected at the level of our greater consciousness, which enables us to appreciate the wonder and beauty in our life.
